Sadie Chuckle

Sadie laughed a little for the first time. It was so fun to see it. She is sitting kind of funny on Jason's lap but she sure did think he was funny. I was lucky to catch it on video. Enjoy!

My Dream Entry

Okay so I absolutely love this entry. I only need to add on to my house by about, hmmmm, say a whole other house. But I still love it. It is all my design details that I love. Square, storage, and beautiful. If I could figure out a way to do this to my house now I would. Although it would just take up my entire living room and send you right into the kitchen. I would just like to carry this lovely theme all through my house. I don't even now what style this is called. When some one asks what style I like I will just have to show them this picture. If any of you amazing people out there know what style this is please let me know.

Band Band Band

The FJH band has been invited to play in the UofU symphonic band concert on Feb. 24th at 7:30. How awesome is that, a junior high band playing at a university concert. We are excited for Ben and all his accomplishments. I can't wait to see what the future holds for Ben and his horn.

Going Unprivate!

Is that a word? I doubt it. I have decided to not have my blog be private anymore but I will be changing my blog address. Right now it is too specific to where we live. If you have a good name for our family blog let me know.
My mother in law suggested forced family fun. Loved it, but it is already take. So leave your blog name suggestions in the comments. Maybe you could win something, like a piece of Cookie Lee jewelry. Heaven knows I have plenty.

Sadie's 3 Months

Can you believe how big my baby is? She is the sweetest thing. She sleeps awesome and night and loves to suck her fingers (I am trying to discourage that). She is very smiley, but not for the camera, and she loves everyone at this house. She talks a lot but no one know what she is saying.  Everyone wants to make Sadie happy and Will loves to kiss her. 3 months really goes by really fast. Before I know it she is going to be 12 and in YW.  AHHHH!

Zoo, Zoo, Zoo!

Oh what fun we had at the Zoo yesterday. I love going to the Zoo in the winter. The sun was shinning and it was beautiful, no smog. The above picture is everyone seeing if they can weigh as much as 2 elephants poop in a month. Nope, not even all of us on the scale, we only weighed as much as a baby elephant.
The kids decided that they would rather be the animals in the cages and have the people take pictures of them. They sure do look scary.
The Giraffes were awesome this time. Stinky but awesome. Will loved them.
Here are Whitney, Corinne, and Sarah posing for the camera at the asian highlands exhibit.
Whitney loved going into Grandmas house (I think that is what it was called) and pretending to cook us all some fried rice.
Corinne and Sarah tried to join in the cooking.
Okay, so these birds caught my eye. When I was a kid we used to sing, "Mr. Stand on one leg I've seen you at the zoo. Why do you stand on one leg when you have two?" These birds are standing on the frozen water. Do you think they keep their webbed feet from freezing by standing on just one foot at a time? Why don't they just stand on the ground? Makes more since to me.
Here are my little animals again peeking out of their hole. They are very cute.

We had a lot of fun at the zoo. William wanted to go back as soon as we got home. I have decided me and him and Sadie just need to go and enjoy a day while the kids are at school.

Busy Life Bullets

Just a few of the crazy things we enjoy:

• Corinne and Whitney made it to the second round of judging in the science fair. Whit project was healthy vs. non- healthy and Corinne's was which dishwasher soap worked best.

• Ben has been practicing his brains out for his Indianapolis trip. He is getting really good on his horn.

• Will walks around with a can on his hand saying he is practicing his horn.

• Sadie poops a lot and is growing fast.

• Corinne and Whitney are in the community play Seussical Jr. They are both Whos.

• Will has started calling everyone a Cheese Muffin. He makes us laugh all day saying things like "Hey guys? I lub you."

• Jason and I are doing more cycling. We rode yesterday. It was a little chili but felt wonderful.

• I am trying to get back selling Cookie Lee again. I am looking for shows if you are interested. I just need to get out of the house once a month or so. Visit my web site to see the catalog. If you click on web site it will take you there.

I hope you all are having a great year. We are but it's a busy one.
Enjoy!

Cycling nowhere!

I did it. I got on my trainer and road to absolutely nowhere while listening to the Mamma Mia sound track and watching Clifford the big red dog with Will. I really don't like getting on that thing but I want to ride Little Red Riding Hood again this year. I have a lot more training (weight to loose) I need to do to be ready since having Sadie. I wanted to post this so I could maybe get some encouragement from everyone else in the world right now trying to get in shape. I know that I can do it if I just set my mind to it. My goal is to ride my trainer at least 3 times a week. So here is #1!
